		<description>Hi David. Thanks for reading the article.. I&#039;m a bit rusty with writing as I&#039;ve been off the saddle for some time. I think that&#039;s a succinct way of putting it, although the whole &quot;objective&quot; and &quot;subjective&quot; language is something I&#039;ve explicitly tried to avoid here as it introduces a whole host of other problems (hence my non-theoretical language in the article). The only thing I would add is that it is not subjective &quot;due to the medium&quot; - game play and game experience is not determinable or objectively experienced because simply because we are human beings. When we play games, read books, watch TV, among other things - we experience them as living breathing people first, and only secondarily as a bunch of formal objective relationships. Games as a style of expressive art serve to create a potential space for experience, but they don&#039;t make us experience something specifically. In other words, we have infinite means of expression within a finite expressive space. If that makes any sense. :D
